Lahn

The River Lahn offers what is arguably the most romantic sightseeing experience in Hesse and invites you to embark on a journey through fairytale-like and historic places. Along the route beside the Lahn, you can admire a multitude of castles and palaces, such as the famous Braunfels Palace, Marburg Palace, the majestic Limburg Cathedral, and historic towns such as the Baroque royal seat of Weilburg and the medieval town of Runkel.
