our Mission
The Film Commission Hesse is the first point of contact for anyone who wants to shoot or produce in Hesse. With our support, filmmakers can find crew members and locations from Kassel to the Bergstrasse.
We connect you with local scouts and contacts in the regions. We also provide support with information on filming permits, contracts and other production services, such as the free CO2 calculator for climate accounting of film projects. The Film Commission Hesse is a member of the Association of German Film Commissions and the European Film Commissions Network and is thus also networked on a supra-regional level.
