The versatile spaces can be flexibly adapted to creative concepts, set designs, and production requirements. Whether minimalist, industrial, or individually staged, the location offers the freedom to precisely bring visions to life and create a wide variety of visual worlds. It can also be used as a temporary production office or warehouse. The venue is available for exclusive rental only; it is generally not open to the public.

- Availability & Hours: Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Night shoots possible by arrangement. - Noise Disturbances & Neighborhood: A mix of commercial and residential areas. Keep noise to a reasonable level after 10:00 p.m. - Changes to the Set: Furniture may be rearranged by arrangement. Additional props from outside sources are possible by arrangement. - Electricity: 1 x 16 AMP + several 220V Schuko outlets - Parking: Parking is only available in public areas. Permits may need to be obtained from the local authorities to reserve these spaces. Pets: Permitted by arrangement
