nextSTEP // Culture Bunker in the east harbour

The Kulturbunker in Osthafen is home to the nextSTEP Centre of Hessen Film & Medien. On the top floor, covering a total area of around 270 square metres, there is an event hall measuring approximately 80 square metres, equipped with sound, video and live-streaming technology, individual offices of around 15 square metres each, an open-plan office area and a large kitchen. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and views (including the skyline) of the industrial area, the ECB and the East Harbour of Frankfurt.

The premises are primarily used for the nextSTEP programme run by Hessen Film & Medien. Filming may be possible upon request and by prior arrangement. Please note that the premises are on the 5th floor and are currently only accessible via an external staircase.
