Zeil

The Zeil is probably Frankfurt's best-known shopping street. A 500-meter section of the street is a pedestrian zone. It borders the Hauptwache and Roßmarkt to the west and the Konstablerwache to the east. The Zeil is lined with large shopping centers on both sides, with a wide strip of tree-lined avenue running down the middle. In 2014, it was considered one of the busiest shopping streets with around 10,000 visitors per hour. The nearby Hauptwache and Konstablerwache S-Bahn stations, as well as the possibility of arriving by car via the Roßmarkt, provide excellent connections for crew and equipment.
