Swimmingpool AquaMar

AquaMar is Marburg’s central sports and leisure pool. As well as a modern wellness and sauna area (including a Finnish sauna, steam grotto, plunge pool and roof terrace with a log cabin herbal sauna), the pool complex offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor pools. The AquaMar is equipped with a sports and activity pool featuring a current channel, a 63-metre-long ‘Black Hole’ water slide, a diving pool with two diving boards and a 6-metre-high water climbing wall. The AquaMar has a poolside restaurant and, in summer, a beer garden. From May to September, the outdoor pool area is open, featuring a large water play area.
