»Focus Germany meets UK and Ireland«

FOCUS Germany, the association of the nine largest German regional funding organisations, today hosted the traditional Coproduction Breakfast on the occasion of the 77th Festival de Cannes.

As the cinematic world converges on Cannes, FOCUS Germany continues its tradition of fostering collaboration within the international film industry. This year's edition of the Coproduction Breakfast saw a gathering of filmmakers, producers, and industry professionals not only from Germany but also from the United Kingdom and Ireland, serving as the event's partner countries. At the German Pavilion on the Croisette, the participants exchanged ideas and explored potential partnerships.

Every year, Focus Germany organises the Coproduction Breakfast with a different country or partner region. The German Pavilion is organised by German Films, the national information and advisory centre for the international distribution of German films, and FOCUS Germany.
